About Conspect

Conspect is a handelsnaam (trade name) of vobird, a Dutch company registered with the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under KVK number 71351167.

What you're agreeing to

By using Conspect, you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple because nobody likes reading legal jargon.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Conspect. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the domain information you add.

What you can do

You can:

• Use Conspect to track your domains
• Import domains via CSV
• Set up notifications for expiry alerts
• Export your data anytime
• Cancel your subscription whenever you want

What you can't do

Please don't:

• Share your account with others
• Use Conspect for illegal purposes
• Try to hack or break the service
• Spam or abuse our systems

Pricing & payments

Free plan: Up to 5 domains, forever free. Pro plan: Unlimited domains, paid monthly or yearly.

Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your settings page. No refunds for partial periods, but you can cancel before the next billing cycle.

Lifetime deals: If you purchased a lifetime deal, you have access for as long as Conspect exists. We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers, but lifetime deals are honored.

Service availability

We try to keep Conspect running 24/7, but things break. We're not liable for downtime or data loss. Always keep backups of important domain information. We'll do our best to notify you of planned maintenance.

Data & account deletion

You can delete your account anytime from settings. This permanently deletes all your data - domains, settings, everything. This can't be undone, so make sure you've exported anything you want to keep first.

Changes to terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If it's a big change, we'll email you. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

Limitation of liability

Conspect is a tool to help you track domains. We're not responsible if you lose a domain because you missed an alert, or if renewal costs change. Always verify important information with your registrar.
